Pipeline

Markets in capture, queued and planned

One vertical at a time, up to three cities at launch, Canada first. A market enters the pipeline only when a regulator or licensing body publishes a list the index can use as its universe; a vertical without one runs as a labelled editorial pilot.

How a market enters the pipeline

  1. A regulator or licensing body publishes a list of eligible businesses that can be exported with a date. Minimum eligible universe: 20.
  2. The prompt set (16 scored questions and one branded question) is localised to the geography (place names and buyer phrasing), reviewed, and frozen for the vertical.
  3. A responsible analyst is named and declares any interest in a listed business.
  4. A full capture runs under the published protocol; the first reading publishes with the universe file, exclusions and the prompt set.

Suggest a market or a universe source: press and research contact. Agencies and dealerships have been assessed and are not scheduled; they lack a licensing universe that meets the rule above. Grocery and hotels run as editorial pilots on constructed lists, labelled as such.
