Licence the measured-share badge
A business ranked in a Trust Index reading can show that result in its own marketing. The badge states the measured share, the market, and the reading's date, and links to the reading it came from. It never says that AI ranked, chose, endorsed or trusts a business, and buying it changes nothing about the reading.

Example only. Every badge carries the metric, rank, market, date and a link to the reading. The licensee reproduces them exactly; paraphrase voids the licence.

The assistants did not rank anyone. The publisher ran the questions and computed a metric; the wording says so. The Competition Act judges an advertisement by its general impression, which is why the disclosure must sit beside the badge. Full rules: section 9 of the methodology.
How a licence works
Who can licence
Any business ranked in a published reading, at any rank. Unranked businesses may use the listed form only.
Regulated professions use the listed form until the regulator's advertising rule has been reviewed for that vertical. Retirement homes: no consumer-facing badge in the first two readings.
Price and term
One public price, the same for every business in a market, published on this page before the first live reading.
Paid after the reading publishes, never before. Valid until the next reading for the market publishes; then it is renewed at the new result, or removed, or dated as historical.
What it never buys
A change to eligibility, score, rank, spread, copy or placement. A reading early. A re-run. A say in the questions.
